What is included in the rental?
Each rental coach comes equipped with factory-installed amenities, including a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, bed linens, towels, cooking supplies, dishes, and utensils. We also provide a full tank of propane, toilet paper, lavatory chemicals, and all necessary hoses and connectors for outside hookups. If you have any special requests or are unsure about any items, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We are here to help!
Do I need to refill the propane tank?
No, you can return the RV with whatever propane is left in the tank.
Should I clean the unit before returning it?
Before each rental, we thoroughly clean the unit inside and out. We expect the vehicles to be returned in a reasonably clean condition. Please refer to the instructions left in the unit for specific cleaning guidelines.
Are pets allowed in the RV?
Yes, pets are allowed as long as they are pre-approved. Please be aware that unapproved dogs will incur a fee.
What happens if the rental is damaged during my use?
You are responsible for any interior and exterior damage to the RV during your rental period. This means you must cover the cost of any necessary repairs, regardless of fault. This includes damage caused by acts of nature (such as wind, rain, earthquake, fire, or flood) or damage caused by another member of your rental party. Additionally, you will be responsible for Loss of Use and Diminished Value of the vehicle resulting from the damage.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, and Paypal.
What are the pickup and return times for the rental?
You can pick up the rental between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM, and it must be returned by 11:00 AM on the last day of your rental. For example, if you have a 4-day, 3-night rental from Friday to Monday, you can pick up the unit between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM on Friday and must return it between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM on Monday. If you need special arrangements, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs, depending on our rental schedule. Please note that all rental departures require an appointment.
Should I empty the holding tanks before returning the RV?
Yes, we kindly ask that you dump the holding tanks before returning the RV. If you choose not to do so, there will be an additional fee of $150.
Can I smoke in the RV?
No, Fireside Camper Rental is a smoke-free company. Any evidence of smoking, including campfire smoke, will result in additional cleaning charges. These charges may include odor removal, fabric shampooing, flea bomb usage, and overnight use of an odor control device. Prices for these services start at $250, depending on the size and condition of the vehicle. Loss of Use charges may also apply.
Am I allowed to go on the roof of the RV?
No, absolutely no one is allowed on the roof of any Fireside rental. The ladders provided are solely for authorized personnel to access the roof for maintenance purposes.
